Combining specially developed fragrance oils with a perfect balance of soy wax, beeswax and specially treated cotton wicks, each candle is hand-poured for you by a large team of artisans in our workshop in Istanbul.

Installation and Maintenance Instructions

• The Marble Main Body can only be gently washed with water.
• The candle holder container should only be cleaned with copper cleaning products, no other chemicals should be used.
• Specially produced scented candles are documented, approved, certified and natural.

• Since our products are handmade for you, the average delivery time is 5 business days.
• Do not forget to check the product when receiving it from the cargo and do not accept the product if it is damaged.
• If the product(s) you purchased do not meet your expectations for any reason, you can request a return by contacting us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• After you submit your application, you can send us the product(s) you wish to return using your shipping code.
• Unfortunately, returns on used or damaged items cannot be accepted.
• Once your return is complete, your payment amount will be refunded to your credit card or bank account. The time it takes for your refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank.
