Combining specially developed fragrance oils with the perfect balance of soy wax and beeswax and specially processed cotton wicks, each candle is hand-cast by a large team of craftsmen in our workshop in Istanbul.

Installation and Maintenance Instructions
- The Marble Main Body can only be gently washed with water.
- The candle holder container should only be cleaned with copper cleaning products, no other chemicals should be used.
- Specially produced scented candles are documented, approved, certified and natural.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Since our products are handmade for you, the average delivery time is 5 business days.
- Do not forget to check the product when receiving it from the cargo and do not accept the product if it is damaged.
- If the product(s) you purchased do not meet your expectations for any reason, you can request a return by contacting us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- After you submit your application, you can send us the product(s) you wish to return using your shipping code.
- Unfortunately, returns on used or damaged items cannot be accepted.
- Once your return is complete, your payment amount will be refunded to your credit card or bank account. The time it takes for your refund amount to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
- Received the wrong item.
- Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
- Item had defects.
- Over delivery time.
- The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
